The Arc of Vigo County awarded three-year CARF accreditation

We are pleased to announce that The Arc of Vigo County has been accredited for a period of three years for its: Community Employment Services; Employment Supports and Job Development, Community Integration, Respite Services and Supported Living programs.
This decision represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and shows The Arc of Vigo County’s substantial conformance to the CARF standards.

An organization receiving a Three-Year Accreditation has put itself through a rigorous peer review process and has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit that its programs and services are of the highest quality, measurable, and accountable. Achieving CARF accreditation involves demonstrating conformance to applicable CARF standards, evidenced through observable practices, verifiable results over time, and comprehensive supporting documentation.
